User:Czyz1 from pl.wiki reached out to me. He said he's being credited with two deleted pages he never created.
The two pages are:
- Szkoła Podstawowa w Zaraszowie
- Tajna agentka (film)

They both appear in the database as if they created it. "Szkoła Podstawowa w Zaraszowie" even appears in the page creation log. "Tajna agentka (film)" does not because it predates the page creation log, but I'm able to verify they created it at Special:Undelete using my steward powers. "Tajna agentka (film)" was a redirect, though, which is known to show up even if you select "exclude redirects" (T190065, T183064, T182183).
I'll add that, if the plwiki community will permit it, you can make these two pages disappear from XTools by using RevisionDelete to hide the username from the initial deleted revision (which I know sounds weird, because the revision is already deleted... but actually using RevisionDelete on it will set the visibility flag and hence it will no longer be visible to the replicas). You'll want to hide the username from the page creation log entry too because eventually XTools will go by that (T221730).
