I noticed that the "Ticket #" field in OTRS's header is not clickable in Firefox 82.0.2. In Chrome 86.0.4240.111, it works as intended.
Unsure whether this is caused by Wikimedia OTRS customizations, or if it is caused by a change in OTRS core, so I'm posting it here.

@Urbanecm could you add a bit more detail on what the "works as intended" state would be here? Right now the experience seems to be the same on both Chrome and Firefox - none of the fields in the top row of the table causes any changes to the table sorting.
I meant the searching box in the top left corner (where you can put the ticket number and go to a given ticket directly). However, it all seems to work fine now. Closing as invalid. Thanks for the ping!
