It is not possible to include the picture Randi Holmestad portrett.jpg in other wikis than Commons – it is as if the file doesn't exist (it gives a red link). This was first noticed in the article about the person whose portrait it is (no:Randi Holmestad), where it is included via Wikidata (where the thumbnail isn't visible either, as it normally is). You can't include it via normal syntax from any wiki other than Commons.
