Survey users of Wikimedia's production data (Product Analytics team and other analysts at the Foundation) once we have initial work done for T266044 (such as T240032) at the end of Q2 or at the beginning of Q3
The survey from Q1 will need to be revised based on our experience. Name, we will make time estimates be per-specified options rather than freeform text.

First draft shared with @kzimmerman for review. I expect it will require revisions, so I'm not moving this task to needs review/sign-off just yet.
@mpopov for the instrumentation time questions, I think we need to allow for less time than a week. I adjusted one of the questions (see below); if this works, both questions should use the same scale.
Did the instrumentation require a fix and re-deployment?
I think the follow up on how much time until it was deployed should be added back in (using the same time scale as the previous questions.
Data Gathering & Wrangling
Since the questions here have somewhat similar time scales, I think it would be better to make them consistent across all questions (range could be <5 minutes to over 2 days for all)
Once you began working on that request, how long did it take you to deliver the requested data or actionable insight(s) to the stakeholder(s)?
The time scale should be consistent with what is used for the instrumentation questions, except that it allows for more granularity under 1 day
