@Dsharpe when I filed T267800 @Urbanecm advised me that access to #wikimedia-security was handled when getting access to security tasks - can I get access to that irc channel here, or do I need to request it separately?

Three things:
1). Can you see security-protected content in Phabricator now?
2). Can you get in #wikimedia-security now?
