If the signature is inside small tags, or is italicized, then the [reply] button is, too. Should it be?

I did some tests in https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Discussioni_utente:ValeJappo/Sandbox#style

I have also created a preview of how would it look like if the button were appended to the closer dd tag, but before the dl tag
