Anywhere that Doxygen generates a class structure diagram when hooks are involved, the result is a difficult to read mess. For example, this page in particular suffers from this issue quite badly, in addition to this one. Perhaps it could be disabled or limited for certain files/classes? It's too impractical to list them in the diagram, and they'd likely be better suited to a listed format.
