Description

An item has a strange entry after and edit with Author Disambiguator. As if there is something wrong with the internal data format.

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:

Show empty short author name and no link to "published in" even though the previous edits only change short author name and author https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q102004398&diff=prev&oldid=1316872929

Expected Results:

The error seems to be no longer present.

The problem reappeared. There are missing edits for this item: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q88191391

I wonder if this is related to T269396.

Could you add screenshots of what you're seeing, please? That'd help a lot to understand what's going on.
