Description

This should be resolving to an ip with a redis cluster, but it's not, see https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Redis_for_Toolforge

I think that, similar to elasticsearch.svc.tools.eqiad1.wikimedia.cloud, the record should be redis.svc.tools.eqiad1.wikimedia.cloud

Created a new record on horizon (inside toolforge project), pointing to 172.16.1.107/tools-redis1003, and updated the docs at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Toolforge/Redis_for_Toolforge

For later (or perhaps other task) I see a bunch of references to 10.0.0.0/8 in the redis VMs security groups. Worth reviewing:
