I am having trouble importing merchant reference numbers to pull the fredge report for stopped fraud. I've been trying for days to import but I keep getting back this error. I tried importing prior merchant ref lists which work fine but I cannot find a reason why the csv file will not be imported after being downloaded in recent days. Here's my error and attaching the files I'm trying to import{F34067048}. Could someone maybe tell me what the issue is? Thank you!!
This was the result of the truncation bug T274301 which was fixed on Feb 11. It started on December 31 so Ingenico exports from December 31 to Feb 10 have missing .1s (or higher) which then aren't matched with the full contribution_tracking_id.
I don't know if the best way to get those is to somehow modify in the report sql ( not sure if there is an easy way to do that) or to modify the export csvs to have .1 (which will get most of them but not all).
