We increased the ram already to 8GB, but even then there's ~50% of the ram
unused on the machines. This task is to increase to 12GB that will bump that
usage up to ~75%, a more reasonable number.

It turns out that we have two sets of machines, each with different RAM specs.
The smaller machines have 64G, the bigger ones 124G.
I have changed the OSD memory limit to 6G (8G would use all the RAM, so I used
something that would leave a bit unused).
