Task edited with new deadline. Svensk Insamlingskontroll wishes all documents to be sent in as soon as possible but at the latest May the 31th.

After discussing with Sv. Insamlingskontroll the credit history for the new board member will be made by them and therefore it will not be sent in attached to the application form for the renewal (per their original instructions).
Instead we put in an order by adding this request in the form (see "Övriga upplysningar".

@Jopparn will you have a look at the document to see if everything looks ok?

After I will send it out to the new board member, you and afterwards to the auditor for signatures (digital).

Yes, that is correct.

Application for renewal is sent in, but it is not complete. We will add the protocol for the extra annual meeting as soon as it is signed.

Has this been finalized?

The protocol was sent out the 16th for signing. A reminder has today, the 18th been sent out since all signees has not signed yet.

Protocol with signatures has arrived and has been sent in to Svensk Insamlingkontroll today the 23rd.
