Implement Banner Design for Wikipedia Actionweek Campaign (task for external contractor)

Description

For the upcoming Actionweek2021 campaign we need to implement 2 banners.

Campaign start: 08.03.2021
One banner is played before Actionweek (8. -14.3.2021) and the other banner is played during Actionweek (15. - 21.3.2021).

Acceptance criteria:

  • The banners are implemented as per design (see images below).
  • Clicking anywhere on the banners (not only on the button) leads users to the landing page.
  • Clicking on the closing x will close the banner
  • the banner will be shown on desktop, mobile and ipad
  • Banner interaction (closing and clicking) is logged along with the banner name and the number of banner impressions (see Schema:WMDEBannerInteractions).

Hey Kai,

ich hab mich bei diesem Ticket an dem alten Ticket einer vorherigen Kampagne orientiert (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T262670). Dort haben die Banner jeweils Trackingtags nach Endgerät erhalten.
Christine meinte, dass das von euch kam? – Soll ich das hier noch einfügen?/ Macht ihr das? / oder brauchen wir das nicht?

So, our contractor made some adjustments.

I asked him for a comment for you – If the 100px to the left will be "too much" in the Central Notice then we can easily change it backt to 50px or so. But I hope 100px is fine :)

  • Illustration replaced
  • Banner 100px to the left
  • comment for funtech: "@FUNTECH" in file wikipedia_actionweek/css/styles.pcss
  • Button with padding//

The target link in the banner still has to be changed. The landingpage is https://www.wikimedia.de/wikipedia20 .
Otherwise I think we are done with the banners :)
