No link to IP range in logs

Description

When navigating to a log entry that includes an IP range, there is no link to the IP range in question. This seems to be affecting both IPv4 and IPv6 ranges. See attached screenshots.

Can't reproduce at the given links -- I'm correctly seeing IP ranges in both cases, even if I log out. Could you please try using safemode=1 (docs) so we can rule out interferences from user scripts?
