According to this discussion on Swedish Wikipedia, we have decided to introduce the concept of extendedconfirmed on svwiki and adding that as an option when protecting pages. I'm counting 8 people for (including me), and 0 against. There weren't a lot of comments about the exact number of edits (APCOND_EDITCOUNT) or age (APCOND_AGE), so I'm requesting 500 edits and 30 days to keep parity with as many other wikis as possible. Seeing as 7 wikis already have extendedconfirmed, and 5 of those have the exact same configuration as what we're requesting, I'm tagging this as easy.

[operations/mediawiki-config@master] Add extendedconfirmed on svwiki
Hey, @Zabe! Thank you so much for taking a look at this, and so quickly too! I'm unsure if this should be added to wgSemiprotectedRestrictionLevels too. I'm not sure what that does, but the other projects that have extendedconfirmed also have that listed in wgSemiprotectedRestrictionLevels. I'll defer to @Urbanecm on this one.
Definitely include it there. All protection levels that can be received automatically (by having enough edits/tenure, etc.) are considered semi protection. Thanks for asking!
