According to https://releases.openstack.org/teams/trove.html, Trove releases are:
Ussuri: 13
Victoria: 14
Wallaby: 15
Both the Ussuri and Victoria repos contain version 13. The Wallaby repo contains version 15.
I can't easily skip ahead to Wallaby since it is currently only packaged for Bullseye.
