User Story:
As a partner I want to be able to test the Reconciliation API on a test system.

Task Details:

• Continuously deploy main branch to CloudVPS
• Test System is both for us and for partners

Acceptance criteria

• The main branch is available through the Test system at a CloudVPS address
• Optional: The main branch is continuously deployed to the test system

Create instance using Ansible-roles (https://github.com/wmde/ansible-roles)
