add a elextlinks param to prop=extlinks

Description

It is possible to add a "elextlinks" param, which only list specified external urls?. "Useful for checking whether a certain page contains a certain external url."

And it's usable as a generator....

Oh, I suppose this makes some sense

list=exturlusage&elextlinks="http://www.google.co.uk"...

Return the page and the url if it contains both, else nothing..

Do you want to be searching by url and protocol? I'm guessing so...

This bug ask for *prop*=extlinks, not list *list*=exturlusage.

Searching for a url with protocol in a list of titles:

prop=extlinks&titles=Google|Yahoo!&elextlinks=http://www.google.co.uk
