Description

In wsgi.py (and possibly in other places) we use the spelling neighbour and neighbor interchangeably.

As a developer and consumer of the API, I would like a consistent spelling in tokens and documentation, to remove
possible ambiguity.

Acceptance criteria

  • A unique, consistent, spelling is in place.
