Hi @Vyolltsa, thanks for taking the time to report this! Unfortunately this Wikimedia Phabricator task lacks some information.
If you have time and can still reproduce the situation: Please add a more complete description to this task.

If you "create a new article", how and why to "fix citations" somewhere? Please provide more specific steps.

You can edit the task description by clicking Edit Task. Ideally, a good description should allow any other person to follow these steps (without having to interpret steps) and see the same results. Problems that others can reproduce can get fixed faster. Thanks.

This is an issue for on wiki resolution. If you need help resolving, you should first ask on the local template or module page. If no one on sq is sufficiently able to change the module, you can ask at en:Help_talk:CS1

The error messages that are shown in the screen cap are the result of discussion that took place on my en.wiki talk page.

What I want to know, @Vyolltsa, is: what did you do to make the ISBN numbers red? ISBNs in cs1|2 templates should never be red-linked because those links are to sq:Special:BookSources and to sq:q:Special:BookSources. Where can I see the page that you screen-capped?

Thank you for your support @Trappist_the_monk. This is the page where you can see the screenshot: https://sq.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otho#Burimet. Someone else did translate the article and I assume the person might have translated references paragraph as a regular one.

Thanks. The redlinked ISBNs are not the fault of the cs1|2 templates but are the fault of malformed wikilinks to Special:BookSources in this sort of construct; not clear what the purpose of this is:
