List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):

• https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Campaign:wmbe-wlpz
• Click on Upload file
• Select a file
• Upload a file, etc.
• Then we try to add SDoC (structured data for Commons)
• When trying to enter a Depicts value, or another statement value there is no input field... why??

What happens?:

We only see the following elements with "Inspect element":

Depicts:

We do not see an input field to enter the value.

What should have happened instead?:

We should have seen an input field in order to be able to enter a value for "Depicts", or any other property.

Workaround:
After we cancel inputting the SDoC during the image upload, we are able to enter the SDoC afterwards with the standard Wikimedia Commons "Structered Data" tab.
