Unrealistic minimal length requirement (minimal number of characters) for file captions in East Asian languages
Open, Needs TriagePublic

Description

for example, for simple portrait photos like https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Joe_Biden_official_portrait_2013_cropped.jpg , the english file caption is merely his name.

but using merely a person's name would be a problem for chinese, japanese or korean captions, because captions have to be at least five chars.

for example, jackie chan is 成龍, Yoshihide Suga is 菅義偉, Kim Gu is 김구.

another similarly unrealistic restriction: T220474.
