The Javanese Wikipedia and Wiktionary community has reached the consensus on a proposal of setting the project namespace and the sitename. For jvwiki, we want to change it to "Wikipédia". For jvwiktionary, we want to change it to "Wikisastra" (Wiki + bausastra).

I merged this task with jvwiki site request. I can't figured it out how to fix the merge conflict via web on the first change. Clicking the rebase button on Gerrit just thrown an error. I'll create a new change for both jvwiki and jvwiktionary tomorrow if it is okay.
