For the Wikipedia Library notification (T132084), update the text from "Browse a wide collection of free reliable sources" to "Click here to browse a wide collection of free reliable sources".

When looking at the Beta notification I realised that it's not completely obvious that you should click the notification to be taken somewhere, it rather looks like a courtesy notification with no indication what you should do with this information. I think this change would make a substantial improvement.
