Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
A new namespace for works translated by Wikisource users at vi.wikisource.org as well as its associated Talk namespace.
The Vietnamese alias for these namespaces are:
Translation - Biên dịch
Translation Talk - Thảo luận Biên dịch
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Vietnamese Wikisource is currently having about 150 works that can fit into this new namespace. The moving will serve three purposes:
- Easier to maintain
- Helps readers to clearly differentiate whether the works are original or translated by some users
- Encourage collaboration from other users in this namespace and discourage changes in the main namespace where the text should be kept as-is.

Because this is a small community, I think no objection from other users in the last month would be sufficient.
