We should get data for this as soon as the next train deploys 1.38.0-wmf.2 to Test-Wikidata. Current status of the train is visible on https://versions.toolforge.org/

Looks like most jobs just dispatch one change but it’s also not particularly uncommon for one job to collect more than one change.
