API: List of extension tags through meta=siteinfo

Description

I have not found a way to get all extensions tag for a wiki (like math, nowiki, gallery, pre).

Maybe add a param to meta=siteinfo&siprop to allow listing of the extension tags.

function hooks are already part of meta=siteinfo&siprop=magicwords, so that is not needed, but it is ok, to have it.
