New Content for Special:DispatchStats

Description

With the new Dispatching system, the statistics we have on Special:DispatchStats won't be meaningful anymore. However, people are using that page to get an idea of how the dispatching process is currently performing, so we should be able to provide them with some insights/numbers here.

Ideas for things to show:

  • age of oldest change in queue
  • number of changes in queue
  • number of distinct entities in queue
  • ...
