Attempted to run IABot to archive a new reference on the Featured Article Manganese, Minnesota. IABot came back with the warning at the top of the page "This user has been blocked from editing". I am not blocked, and this has happened trying to use this bot in the past, although for awhile it seemed to have been corrected. Previously reported on T274050.
