Description

Since the start of mwcli we have been using promptui in some way.
It has a few issues, and most recently @CCicalese_WMF ran into https://github.com/manifoldco/promptui/issues/186 which remains unfixed.

We should consider moving to something that has less issues.
The ticket linked above shows someone else moved to https://github.com/AlecAivazis/survey and that looks pretty good!
