I noticed last week that wtp1026 and wtp1042 in the eqiad cluster were not receiving any load and @Joe noted on IRC that they were depooled. I am filing a phab task to look into whether they could be pooled back. There is no urgency since there is enough capacity in the cluster right now, but the cpu utilization of all the remaining servers has crossed 50% for significant chunks of time over the last week, and it would be good to get these two servers back online.
