List of steps to reproduce (step by step, including full links if applicable):
- Open a page in the visual editor.
- Start a bulleted list. Type something, press shift-enter, and type something else. Press just Enter (to make a second bullet point) and type a third thing.
- Save the page.
What happens?:
The text is saved with an extra space in the middle of the first bullet point instead of a line break.
What should have happened instead?:
Shift–enter should produce a line break.
