After receiving recent interest in having Section Translation available in Hindi Wikipedia we are considering Hindi Wikipedia for the next set of enablements. This requires to enable Content Translation as a default tool (out of beta) so that mobile editors can access the features.

As part of this process, we'll communicate with the editing community and only proceed with the enablement if there is no major concern.
