Background

In T297367: [EPIC] Iterate on language button to improve discoverability, we are making a series of iterations to the language button functionality introduced as a part of the desktop improvements project. We would like to analyze the effect of each of these iterations individually and as a whole, towards improving the visibililty (proxied by usage) of the language switching functionality

Questions to be answered

1. Does the change introduced in T295555 increase the amount the language switching functionality is used? (via a comparison before and after the change on viwiki and thwiki, as well as on the remainder of the pilot wikis)
2. Does the change introduced in T291286 increase the amount the language switching functionality is used?
3. Does the change introduced in T293470 increase the amount the language switching functionality is used?
4. Which of the above iterations had the greatest impact?
5. How does the impact of the above iterations together compare to the levels of language switching usage prior to the introduction of the button?
