Temporarily unwatch a page for a set period of time.

Use case(s)
Sometimes a page may be temporarily very busy (in the news, etc.) and users do not want it to show up in their watchlists - but do not want to unwatch it permanently.

@Xaosflux Pinging you out of courtesy; I'm quite sure the proposal is not talking about the mute feature (which for pages only mutes page link notifications, not entries from the watchlist), just a bad choice of words. What they want is the opposite of Expiring-Watchlist-Items so I've filed it there since it would be leveraging that code/infrastructure.

Agree, this is not a problem/request with the notifications system/mute of that system.
