As discussed with @bd808 and @Raymond_Ndibe during a recent team meeting, one of the high-level goals for Q3 would be to build out the list feature. This would include:

• A UI for viewing public lists, similar to how it's possible to view recent/public queries in Quarry.
• Related to the above, a way to search/filter public lists on different criteria, possibly including full-text search capabilities.
• A UI for adding tools to lists from a tool card or from a tool info page, including the possibility to create a new list on the fly, as discussed in T298964.

Currently, only this last subtask exists as a Phabricator ticket, the rest (and possibly additional subtasks) need to be created and further fleshed out, as well as added to our Roadmap.
