To adhere to our Policy for a diversity of perspectives we need to compile data. The need for regular reporting and evaluation is specifically outlined in the Action plan for a diversity of perspectives.

We will start small with a focus on compiling and reporting the diversity of our membership base, identify gaps and present ideas on how to improve the diversity in the group.
