Review API: "Add checks for MW api errors in CirrusSearchJob #355"

Description

During the import we did a mistake and updated the API module before the actual implementation was around on the mediawiki side, this lead to some confusing errors that could have been caught. This PR introduces a generic way for any CirrusSearch job to handle these Mediawiki errors.
