I still see no consensus there. Pseudacorus has raised the issue yesterday at the Village Pump and the community has been almost silent. Being silent is no problem per se, but a reasonable amount of time, such as two weeks, should pass, so that we can make sure no one opposes.

There is no discussion in the Village Pump, as there is no need for it. The message there was more in line on how to get that changed (and that the new logo is ready). That community is small and if main editors strongly favor this (and they do, I know), then it is decided. Just like that. People can communicate outside of Village Pump, and if they know each other well, then even more so.

I'm sure you can agree @kruusamagi that waiting a couple of days at least is a reasonable thing to 🙂

I don't think waiting two weeks is going to be necessary though—perhaps a couple more days at most, what do you think @4nn1l2?

While I believe at least one full week should pass, I think we can make an exception this time and wait only until Thursday, the last day in this week which deployment is still possible. Otherwise we should wait until the next Monday.

Furthermore, I am not okay with offwiki discussions at all.
