Description

During the last round of reboots the apifeatureusage hosts both hung on shutdown with:

[*     ] A stop job is running for logstash (6min 21s / no limit)

There hasn't been a need to test if the patch above fixed the issue, but I think we can close it and circle back if it shows up again.
