To be able to drop the cookie consent banner, we need to stop storing campaign info in the users' browsers. While doing this, all cookie consent banner related code can be removed.

Acceptance Criteria

• a/b test group data is never stored in a cookie.
  • spenden_ttg
  • Matomo campaign and keyword
• Submitting the donation or membership form passes on any a/b test related data present in the URL.
• Code related to the cookie consent banner is removed (also from the privacy statement page).
