This is done! Please check. Since the user is a wmf employee with production access already I've gone ahead and added to wmf ldap group.

This isn't done per steps on https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/SRE/Clinic_Duty/Access_requests#LDAP_access as the last bullet point was missed.
