Still valid - does not work for https://commons.wikimedia.com

wikimedia.com has been phased out a looong time ago, most probably before commons got created or most of the other entry. There is no point in creating duplicate entries for wikimedia.org, we just need to keep the back compatibility entries such as en.wikipedia.com.
