Clean up Content & Topic dashboards in Superset
Open, LowPublic

Description

As we were working to develop datasets to explore content in Superset, we created a number of dashboards that were prototypes. We should decommission the dashboards that are no longer needed, and appropriately label any dashboards we decide to keep so that it is clear that they are prototypes/beta versions.

The dashboards that we shared with Product Leads should be kept, as these will serve as reference for future iterations. This presentation contains screenshots and guidance for use.

Retain the following dashboards, but update the title and notes to clarify that they are prototypes and need to be manually updated

Verify that the following dashboards can be deleted

TODO: Maya needs to be made a co-owner of these dashboards

mpopov triaged this task as Low priority.
mpopov moved this task from Triage to Current Quarter on the Product-Analytics board.

We plan to revisit this and potentially pick it up next quarter or when we prioritize content work again

Moving to backlog, so we can re-prioritize this task during the backlog refinement meeting.

Hi @cchen if you're still the owner of the listed dashboards that needed to be deleted can you please delete them? For the other ones mentioned in the ticket can you please make sure @Mayakp.wiki so she can do whatever is appropriate?
