Description:
In edit summaries shown in page histories, user contributions pages, and so
forth, Wiki links of the format [[:Category:...]] aren't processed properly.
They show up as red, with the initial colon displayed. When clicked, the link
will take you to the edit form for the page in question, instead of the page itself.
