Wiki Education Dashboard (dashboard.wikiedu.org) recently changed IP addresses, and now makes edits from 45.79.106.114 and 2600:3c01::f03c:93ff:fe24:db1b
I'm requesting a corresponding change to the wgRateLimitsExcludedIPs global config. For the previous time the Dashboard changed IPs, and the corresponding config change, see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T283096

That is because address 2600:3c01::f03c:93ff:fe24:db1b is inside a global block applied to range 2600:3c01::/64, and there's no simple solution until T42439 is resolved... Anyway, please submit an unblock request (for your IPv6 address) at this page.
