It would be useful to be able to refer to groups of messages using an internal link, such as

[[Special:AllMessages/exif]]

• bzimport raised the priority of this task from to Low.Nov 21 2014, 11:24 PM

• bzimport set Reference to bz28882.

• bzimport added a subscriber: Unknown Object (MLST).

For SpecialPage execution of Special:AllMessages there is a shortcut already.
It's used for the value of Language.

You can link to prefix-searches via the &prefix= paramter already:

Marking WONTFIX, to preserve backwards compatibility we shouldn't change the shortcut.
