Description

Issue: When testing the empty state page (both on mobile and desktop but more specifically on mobile), testers did not expect the conversation to appear as it did.

"I was kind of expecting to see more like a headline and a click to open, I wasn't expecting to see it automatically." UT- 9

"Maybe have a box around the [topic container] so it could look like a thread." UT- 2

Possible Solutions:

revisiting earlier design explorations that provided visually distinct treatments for topic containers.
