Issue:
When asked to see if a topic had been previously discussed on a page, testers expected to be able to use the search bar within the sticky header to do an in-page search (a functionality that we don't currently have).

Possible Solution:

• extend the functionality of the search bar within the sticky header to include in-page search
• visually highlight topics discussed more prominently with tagging or other component.
