Myndigheten för press, radio och tv (mprt.se) has rules that, in short, states that all webb communications to the public needs to be registered.
In particular this would apply to:
- any webbcasts we do
- our newsletter
What is unclear is if this applies to all organisations, or only some subset thereof. This task aims to deterimine:
- If these rules apply to WMSE
- if they apply what routines need to be introduced for us to follow these rules
